Stop Chasing Tactics. Start Solving Problems.
Everyone wants the tactic. The tool. The platform. The shortcut.
You hear it all the time:
- “Post at this time”
- “Use this hook”
- “Try this AI tool”
It’s a constant stream of what to do. But almost no one is asking:
👉 What problem are we trying to solve?
Tactics Without Strategy Don’t Work
This is where most professionals and companies get stuck. They jump straight to execution. More posts. More tools.
But in the end, this only creates more noise.
Because without a clear strategy and signal, tactics are just activity. And activity is not impact.
Start With the Problem
The best organizations don’t start with tactics. They start with clarity.
➡️ Who are we trying to help?
➡️ What problem do they have?
➡️ Why does it matter?
Only then do they ask: What should we do?
Strategy Creates Value
If you’re focused on tactics, you’re focused on output. When you are focused on strategy, you’re focused on outcomes.
And outcomes are what build:
- Trust
- Relationships
- Opportunities
This Applies to Your Career Too
This isn’t just for companies. It applies to individuals.
Most professionals treat LinkedIn like a content machine: “What should I post today?”
Instead of asking: “What problems can I help people solve?”
That shift changes everything.
Final Thought
We live in a world full of tools. But tools don’t create value.
Value is created when people solve real problems.
So the next time you’re thinking about what to do… Pause.
And ask a better question: What problem am I solving?

And as always —
